Alfa Romeo and DS Automobiles have announced the appointment of Ana Palma as their new Marketing Director in Portugal. Both brands sit within Stellantis’ Premium Cluster, and in her new position she will report directly to Artur Fernandes, Director of the group’s Premium Cluster in the Portuguese market.
Márcia Paulo, whom Ana Palma replaces, has now moved to the role of Marketing Director for the FIAT, Abarth and Jeep brands in Portugal.
Ana Palma joins Alfa Romeo and DS Automobiles within Stellantis’ Premium Cluster
In her capacity as Marketing Director for Alfa Romeo and DS Automobiles, Ana Palma will be responsible for setting and delivering the marketing strategy for both marques in Portugal.
Established experience in the sector
Ana Palma began her professional career in 2007 and has built experience across Marketing, Communication and Product in a range of industries. She joined the Stellantis Group in 2020, taking on the role of Advertising Lead within the Customer Communication Department at Peugeot Portugal.
In 2022, she moved into the position of Media Manager at Stellantis Portugal. Working within the Customer Management Office directorate, she oversaw media strategy management for several group brands, including Peugeot, Citroën, Opel, DS, Fiat, Abarth, Jeep and Alfa Romeo.
Reporting line and leadership transition in Portugal
As part of the leadership change, Ana Palma will work under Artur Fernandes in the Premium Cluster structure, while Márcia Paulo takes charge of marketing for FIAT, Abarth and Jeep in Portugal.
